The camp is very exciting and I learnt a lot such as what are the traits of an entrepreneur, how to manage a business and some marketing strategies. I think what we learnt is actually quite vague. I want to know more of how a market work and the different operations of a business. I hope to see that I can finally understand the meaning of "Innovation".
I have learnt about the layout of the business idea and layout, how to innovate on a simple problem and turn it into a product and a deeper understanding on the qualities of an entrepreneur.
I still do not know how to do a great presentation in front of a large audience and the roles of a member in a simple business.
I would like to be able to create the product that we suggested and have a longer presentation for our service or product.
1. I have learnt about selling our business, coming up with a business plan and designing an idea, bringing it to life. 2. How to manage a business. 3. Making our own business alive.
3 Things I Learnt 1. The 5 P's 2. Traits of an Entrepreneur 3. Techniques to Generate Ideas 2 Things I still do not know 1. How the stock market works 2. How people lose money in the stock market 1 Thing I hope to see in the Future 1. Qaiser
I think that the camp was very fun and interactive
I learnt about creating a business plan, how to run a business, importance of business plans and that joy-buzzer alarm clocks are better than foldable tables........
I still do not know the process of starting a business and how to ensure a business success
I have learnt: 1. The 5 P's 2. More business skills 3. Entrepreneurship skills
I still do not know: 1. How to do a good presentation
I feel that the camp could really be much longer, although the lectures are a bit boring as all of them are talking about the same things, but I really enjoyed it.
1. I learnt the 4p's of entrepreneurship, how to pick a good business point and also how to keep track of profits and losses.
2. However, I still do not know some things. Like how to turn the tables and make losses to profits. I also do not know how to cope with losses and make the business flourish.
3. I also hope to see more lectures and more knowledge for us.
1a) I learnt that 8 people cannot squeeze into 1 room effectively. 1b) I learned how to make business plans. 1c) I learned how to make business pitches. 2a) I still do not know how to properly price my items. 2b) I still do not know how to make good business pitches. 3) I hope to see more camps like this in the future
3 things i learnt: I learnt what entrepreneurship is. I also learnt how to do up a business report with the sufficient points. One more thing i learnt is how to manage a business with the marketing strategies that i learnt.
2 things i still do not know: One thing i want to know is exactly how the market works, and what the manpower is like in a company.
1 thing i hope to see in the future: I would hope to further develop the idea that we have come up with.
3 things you learnt I have leant the four 'P's of marketing, that you must must have a proposal to loan from the bank and what is inside a bank statement.
2 things you still do not know I still do not know the break even point and making profits your business.
1 thing you hope to see in the future I would like to see our product become a real thing.
I have learnt how the apartments of the loft look like from the inside, it is hard to sleep on the floor, even with a mattress, and that nobody should sleep on the same bed as me. I still do not know whether Ngee Ann Polytechnic is connected to SIM, and whether Pei Hwa has any connection to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I can see that I will be going to another camp in Ngee Ann somewhere in September.
I've learnt: 1. About promotions and recognition of products and brands. 2. About finances involved in a business and the terms used. 3. About business plans and presentations.
I still don't know: 1. About ways to deal with failed business. 2. And specific tasks with each role.
I hope to have more of such camps in the future, then getting skills for future gains.
Three things I have learnt from the camp is about elevator pitch which is trying to create business ideas within a short period of time. Second are some presentation skills that we should have when presenting. I also learnt how to manage idea suggestions and choose the main one to focus on.
I still do not know how to be able to twist existing ideas and create new ideas.
I hope to see more of such camps and lean about 'innovation' Also I do still do not know how to plan a suitable price for a product
